Replacing the grease cartridges of automatic oven greasers - SIDEL SBO

General information There are 2 types of automatic greasers: - A type greaser, - Type B greaser. Use the corresponding procedure. The oven is equipped with 2 automatic greasers in each access zone (Z1 ; Z2). MACHINE CONDITION - The machine is in a stopped state. - The oven fan has stopped. MATERIAL NEED Piece - Grease cartridge (1). Consumable - Clean and dry cloths. [[reklam]]   PROCEDURE A type greaser 1. Each electrical connector (2) and associated automatic Identify the connection between the greaser (A). 2. Loosen, then pull electrical connector (2). 3. Loosen and remove the automatic greaser (A) by hand. 4. Loosen the ring (3) of the control unit (4). Use the grease cartridge according to the laws in force.unload. 5. Clean the support (5) using a clean, dry cloth. 6. Place the control unit (4) on the new grease cartridge (1). 7. Tighten the ring (3) of the control unit (4). Tighten the ring (3) to the (6) mark: arrow point. 9. Screw the automatic greasing unit (A) into the support (2) manually and at the normal rate. 10. Insert and then tighten the electrical connector (2). Obey the orientation of the pins of the electrical connector (2). 11. All automatic Repeat the process until the greasers (A) cartridges (1) are replaced. B type greaser [[reklam]] 1. Each electrical connector (2) and its associated automatic Identify the connection between the greaser (B). 2. Unlatch the electrical box (2) by pulling it on its axis. 3. Loosen and remove the automatic greaser (B) by hand. 4. Unscrew the cover (8) manually. Empty the grease cartridge (1) in accordance with the laws in force. 5. Clean the support (5) using a clean, dry cloth. 6. Place the control unit (9) on the new grease cartridge (1). 7. Manually install the cover (8) and screw it on. 8. Remove the plug (7). [[reklam]] 9. Screw the automatic greasing unit (B) into the support (5) manually and at the normal rate. 10. Latch the electrical connector (2). Obey the orientation of the pins of the electrical connector (2). 11. All automatic Repeat the process until the greasers (B) cartridges (1) are replaced.

Sidel SBO 18/14 - Replacing the locking system synthetic cylinders of Mold die support units

MACHINE CONDITION - The machine is in the stopped state, - Connected to JOG workspace, - cold molds, MATERIAL NEED Piece - Locking cylinders (1), - Notched locknut (2). consumable - Clean and dry cloths. special tool - Tool (T1) (code 01159173801). PROCEDURE Disassembly 1. Loosen and remove the knurled brake nut (2). 2. Remove the following parts: - Bearings(1), - Separator (3).   Attaching the part [[reklam]] 1. Replace the following parts: - Locking cylinders (1), - Notched locknut (2). 2. Clean the shaft (4) and spacer (3) with a clean, dry cloth. 3. Perform the subtraction in the reverse order, making sure that: • Insert the spacer (3) between the 2 new rollers (1). 4. Check that the bearings (1) rotate correctly. 5. Repeat the operations at the fan stations.

SIDEL SBO 18/14 Blower - How to change bearings of belt tensioners? The answer to the question of how to adjust the belt tensioners is in this post. GENERAL INFORMATION Identify the different tensioners using the transfer kinematics plots. MACHINE CONDITION - The machine is in a stopped state. - Machine rotation is blocked and locked, refer to procedure "OP-B0027". Identify the different tensioners using the transfer kinematics plots.   MATERIAL NEED Piece - Bearings (2). Consumable - Clean and dry cloths. PROCEDURE Disassembly 1. Loosen the screws (3), without removing them. 2. Loosen the lock nuts (4), without removing them. 3. Tighten the screw (5) to loosen the belt. Do not loosen the screws (12). Screws (12) are used to adjust. 4. Remove the screws (3 ; 6). 5. Remove the tensioner (7). The following operations will be done at the workbench. 6. Remove the screw (8). 7. Remove the roller (9) using a lever or trowel. 8. Remove the bearings (2). Do not damage the spacer (10) when removing the bearings (2). Attaching 1. Clean the roller (9), rod (11) and spacer (10) using a clean, dry cloth.   2. Install the new bearings (2) and spacer (10). 3. Perform the removal operations in reverse order. 4. Repeat the process on all tensioner rollers. 5. Adjust the tension of the belts, refer to the "MP-B0071" procedure see.

Sidel SBO 18/14 - Removal / installation of the transfer arm

MACHINE CONDITION - The machine is in the stopped state, - JOG works, otherwise manual rotation. MATERIAL NEED consumable - Clean and dry cloths. special tool - Tool (1).   PROCEDURE Disassembly 1. Place the tool (1) head (2) on the transfer arm (A). - Keep the fork of the head (2) up. 2. Place the foot (3) on the screw (4). 3. Lock the tool (1) with the bolt (5). - Bolt (5) must come into contact with bolt (4). 4. Turn the lever (6) clockwise to disengage the cam (8) bearing (7). - Never screw the tool (1) up to the maximum point. 5. Remove the screws (9) and washers (10). 6. Remove the transfer arm (A). [[reklam]] 7. Turn the handle (6) counterclockwise until the springs (11) are completely loose. Loosen the  8. (5) screws. 9. Remove the tool (1). Attaching 1. Attach the tool (1) to the transfer arm (A) as described in the removal procedure. 2. Position the transfer arm (A). 3. Install the screws (9) and washers (10). 4. Remove the tool (1).

Sidel SBO 18/14 - Adjusting the tension on the transmission belt

GENERAL INFORMATION Check the setting values on the plans supplied with the machine for all interventions on the transmission belt tensioner If the belts periodically loosen after the break-in period, check the settings and condition of the mechanical components and replace the belt if necessary. MACHINE CONDITION The machine is in the stopped state. - Machine rotation is blocked and locked. MATERIAL NEED Special tool - Frequencymeter (3) and its usage. PROCEDURE 1. Loosen the screws (5) without removing them. 2. Loosen the lock nuts (6 ; 7), without removing them. (i) Screws (4) are used to adjust the height. 3. Until the recommended belt tension is achieved Adjust the position of the tensioner roller (2) using the screw (8) and the control nut (7). • During operation, using the frequency meter (3), the belt check the voltage. 4. Tighten the lock nuts (6 ; 7). 5. Tighten the screws (5). 6. Release machine rotation, flange Make sure that the system (1) is inserted into the body. After each belt tension is adjusted, start the machine without any product and check the belt tension values. BEFORE FINISH Turn the machine several times using the machine rotation system. Check the belt tension using the frequency meter (3) on the specified wire. Check machine synchronization before starting production.

SBO 18/14 - Checking and adjusting the infrared camera viewfinder

GENERAL INFORMATION - The number of cameras differs depending on the processing and the options available on the machine. - This procedure is preform body temperature applied to the control camera (1). Press the 2 (5) button. The camera's laser viewfinder consists of 2 beams that open. => Check the position of the beams (6). - 2 beams of preform bodies in the middle of the middle should be guided. - 2 beams should be on the axis of the preforms.
